Terms of Service

For these Terms:

"Website" means SwiftBoost's web platform accessible at swiftboost.gg and is not affiliated with any other websites, companies, brands, or organisations resembling it.

"Boosters" means SwiftBoost's employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents who provide the boosting services.

"Online Service" means the products and services available after creating an account on the Website, including rank boosting, coaching, and related services for supported games.

"User" means any person who has registered an account on the Website and uses the Online Service.

"Company" / "SwiftBoost" means the operator of swiftboost.gg.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

(i) you are at least fourteen (14) years old. Users under this age must obtain parental consent to use the Website and make purchases;

(ii) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Website;

(iii) your use of the Website and Online Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.1. You can create an account using your email address, a password, and a username.

2.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. SwiftBoost reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content, and cancel orders at its sole discretion.

2.4. SwiftBoost may at any time request identity verification. If the requested documents are not provided within seven (7) calendar days, the account may be suspended or deleted. Such requests are made only in cases of suspicious activity.

2.5. SwiftBoost has the right to access any information placed on the Website, including conversations and data within a User's account.

3.1. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

3.2. If you provide incorrect order information (e.g. wrong starting rank or rating), you will be required to pay the difference in price based on the correct information, or your order will be completed only up to the amount initially paid.

3.3. All services are priced based on statistically average progression rates. If an account progresses significantly slower than expected due to account-specific or external factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to apply a proportional surcharge, convert the order to a NET wins format, or recalculate the remaining portion based on actual observed progression. By purchasing, you acknowledge that progression rates are not guaranteed and may vary per account.

3.4. If your account has a significant MMR and actual rank discrepancy (e.g. due to "smurf queue", placement status, or similar), you accept possible surcharges that reflect your actual MMR.

3.5. Apex Legends: If your account is in demotion protection with 0/3 status and the Booster demotes on the first match, an additional charge for 400 RP applies.

3.6. Overwatch 2: If you do not receive a rank up (or demote) after a Booster goes 5-0 or 5-1, you will need to pay for the same division once more due to the additional games required. In multi-division orders, only the first division is subject to this charge.

3.7. If you purchase a "Win Boosting" or "NET Win Boosting" service and your MMR is significantly higher than your actual rank (e.g. after a season reset), your order may be converted to "Rank Boosting" or an equivalent service.

3.8. SwiftBoost reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.1. You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method on any order that has not yet been assigned to a Booster, minus the 5% transaction fee charged by our payment processor.

4.2. You are eligible for a full or partial refund to store credit at any point during an active order, with no transaction fees. The amount is proportional to the unfinished portion of the service.

4.3. If your performance is not sufficient to complete a guaranteed service, we reserve the right to ask you to hire an additional Booster or convert the order to piloted (account sharing) mode. If you refuse, a charge of $20/hr for Booster time invested will apply. We will always aim to be fair and flexible.

4.4. If your situation is not covered above, contact our support team at [email protected] for a case-by-case review.

5.1. Solo boosting (account sharing) may be against the terms of service of the respective game. This can result in actions being taken against your account by the game publisher. SwiftBoost and its Boosters take every precaution to protect your account, but are not responsible for any actions taken against your account by a third-party platform as a result of boosting or account sharing.

5.2. If you log into your account while a Booster is providing services and cause a loss in rating or progress, you accept responsibility for that loss. For rank boosting (excluding NET wins), each game lost by the User while the order is active may result in a compensation charge.

As a condition of use, you agree not to:

6.1. Use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

6.2. Transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.

6.3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server, system, or account connected to SwiftBoost.

6.4. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any limitations on the Website or its services.

6.5. Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6.6. If a User reports that a Booster offered services outside of the Website and can provide conclusive proof, they will be rewarded.

7.1. SwiftBoost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of the Online Service at any time without notice.

7.2. SwiftBoost is not liable for any loss resulting from the modification, suspension, or termination of services.

8.1. All visual interfaces, graphics, design, code, and materials on the Website are the property of SwiftBoost or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2. SwiftBoost does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, brand names, or game assets. All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

8.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Website without express written permission from SwiftBoost.

9.1. The Website and Online Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9.2. All orders will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. If a Booster does not meet your expectations, you have the right to contact support and request a different Booster be assigned.

9.3. SwiftBoost is not responsible for services provided by any third party advertising on the Website.

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftBoost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Online Service.

10.2. SwiftBoost is not responsible for any loss or compromise of your account information if you have shared your login credentials with a third party outside of our platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwiftBoost and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of the jurisdiction in which SwiftBoost operates.

13.1. SwiftBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13.2. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Website and Online Service.

14.1. SwiftBoost will never request payment outside of the official checkout on swiftboost.gg. Any Booster or person claiming to represent SwiftBoost and asking for direct payment via PayPal, crypto, bank transfer, or any other method outside the Website is acting fraudulently.

14.2. Users must not pay any Booster directly. All payments must be made exclusively through the SwiftBoost platform. Off-platform payments are not covered by our refund policy and SwiftBoost accepts no liability for such transactions.

14.3. Users must not share payment details, card numbers, or financial information with any Booster.

14.4. If a Booster solicits off-platform contact, private deals, or direct payment, the User must report this to [email protected] with proof of the conversation. Users who report a Booster attempting off-platform solicitation with conclusive proof will be rewarded.

14.5. Boosters found to be soliciting clients outside the platform will have their account permanently terminated and may be held liable for damages.
